Warranty and Returns

All In Stock Products are covered by a 3 day, no questions asked return policy. Your product will be replaced or refunded if you contact us within 3 days of invoice date unless there is evidence of tampering or abuse by the user.

Furthermore, OnPoint Lasers, Ltd. warrants all laser pointers, in the course of normal use, against defects in material or workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase by the original owner. If the product is determined to be defective, OnPoint Lasers will replace the product with a new unit at no charge.

This warranty does not cover any units which have been previously altered, repaired or serviced. This warranty does not cover deterioration due to normal use, cosmetic damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, subjection to abnormal conditions (including, but not limited to sun and water damage), or modification of, or to any part of the product. Removal of FDA warning label and product serial number will void warranty.

Items received in our warehouse with an invoice OR RMA documenting that the product is within the warranty period will be inspected and replaced within 7 business days of receipt. Items received without proper documentation may not be eligible for replacement.
